By placing a custom order with Trendy Midwestern, you acknowledge and agree that this order is final and non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the customization. This includes, but is not limited to, custom family names, photos, and designs that are unique to you. As these items are specifically created for your order, they cannot be resold by Trendy Midwestern. Therefore, custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
